There have been four accruals which have been combined into one. The fonds is arranged into eight series: 1. Collective, expired, and defunct union agreements. 2. Minute books from general and executive meetings. 3. Proceedings of the Select Committee on Labour Relations. 4. Albert G. Hearn correspondence. 5. Service Employees International Union (Local 204) correspondence. 6. Financial records. 7. Arbitration proceedings. 8. Newspaper clippings. This fonds originally contained routine financial records such as cancelled cheques, invoices, bills, and petty cash statements that were discarded. The SEIU was contacted before disposal.
